Questions
What is a credit?
One credit is one photo, whether you add furniture or remove things. Trying again on the same photo costs another credit, and the price is shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by hand for now. Pick a pack in Billing, pay by bank transfer, and upload a photo of your receipt. We confirm your payment and the credits are added to your account. Online checkout isn’t switched on yet.
Do credits expire?
Not while your account is active. Unused credits can be refunded on request.
What if a photo fails or I cancel?
You get the credit back automatically. Results flagged “needs review” keep their charge, because the AI did the work. You can try again for another credit.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits are prepaid, nothing renews automatically, and there are no surprise charges.
Can I use the photos in a listing?
Rules about telling buyers differ by MLS and location. We suggest wording you can copy, but we don’t give legal advice. Always check the result and say the photo was edited.
