What we process

Account details (email, name, password hash), the property photos you upload, editable-area masks, generated images, generation settings and credit/payment records.

Third parties that process your images

Images are sent to the configured AI generation provider (OpenAI or fal.ai / Black Forest Labs) to create staged versions, stored with the configured object-storage host, and metadata is stored in MongoDB Atlas. Review each provider's terms on data retention and model training before launch.

Retention and deletion

You can delete any project, or all your images, from Settings. Images are also deleted automatically after the retention period configured for the service. Credit ledger records are kept for accounting.
