You are responsible for reviewing every staged image, for disclosing virtual staging as required by law and by your MLS, and for having the right to upload the photos you submit.

No guarantees

AI output can contain errors, including changes to permanent features. Preservation checks are automated estimates, not proof. The service does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any rule.

Credits and refunds

Credits are prepaid. Failed or cancelled generations are refunded automatically. Other refund terms: to be defined.
